Do you hold my money?+
No. Customers pay through your own Whop or Stripe account, with your own keys. Payouts go from there to your bank. We only move the order data.
Does this work on Shopify Basic?+
Yes. Everything runs through a custom app you create for your own store and one script in your theme, which every plan supports.
My domain is at TransIP / Hostinger / Cloudflare. Is that a problem?+
No. Domains bought through Shopify and domains elsewhere both work. The dashboard detects your provider and shows the steps for it.
Is it allowed by Shopify?+
Shopify prefers its own checkout. Tools like this one send buyers to an external checkout, and Shopify can restrict stores that do so. You run your store at your own risk — we'd rather you know that upfront.
Whop or Stripe — which should I use?+
Whichever you already have, or both. Whop gives cards, wallets, bank transfer and crypto with one key. Stripe adds iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and more. With both connected, buyers see quick iDEAL buttons from Stripe on top and Whop below. You switch every payment method on or off from your dashboard. Their own processing fees apply as usual; we charge a flat monthly price and nothing per order.
Why do I need tracking if I already have a pixel?+
Your pixels run on Shopify's checkout. Once buyers pay on your own checkout domain, those pixels don't see the purchase anymore. Pro still sends every purchase to Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat, with the ad the buyer came from. Browser privacy settings and cookie consent can still limit what any tool can match.
Can I use only the tracking, and keep Shopify's checkout?+
Yes, that's the 99,9% Tracking plan. Your checkout stays exactly as it is; you add one line to your theme and connect your ad platforms. Every paid Shopify order is then sent to them, linked to the ad the buyer clicked — up to 90 days later.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from your dashboard. Your checkout stops when the billing period ends and your Shopify store falls back to its normal checkout.
